We use RevenueCat for subscription management. Your payment information is processed securely by Apple or Google, and we do not have access to your credit card or payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price.
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate these Terms, including but not limited to removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Shakeel Raziq and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
You retain all rights to the QR codes and barcodes you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your feedback, suggestions, and ideas to improve the App.
"QR Scanner" and associated logos are trademarks of Shakeel Raziq. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
The App requires access to your device camera to scan QR codes and barcodes. By granting camera permission, you acknowledge that:

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of websites or services linked through scanned QR codes. You access third-party content at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shakeel Raziq and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in your jurisdiction. You and we agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shakeel Raziq regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
